M.A.P Smoothie (moringa, avocado, pineapple)

  • Blender


  • 2 tsp Moringa leaf powder
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • ½ Ripe Avocado
  • ½ Cucumber
  • Hand Full Mixed greens lettuce
  • 1 cup liquid of choice (i used almond milk)


  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined and smooth


Enjoy this smoothie in the morining to give you the energy for the day or right after a workout. The protein and the additional nutrients from the moringa will give your muscles excatly what they want after working so hard. :)
