M.A.P Smoothie
M.A.P Smoothie (moringa, avocado, pineapple)
A tasty smoothie to give you a morning boost!
- 2 tsp Moringa leaf powder
- 1 cup Pineapple
- ½ Ripe Avocado
- ½ Cucumber
- Hand Full Mixed greens lettuce
- 1 cup liquid of choice ((i used almond milk))

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined and smooth
Enjoy this smoothie in the morining to give you the energy for the day or right after a workout. The protein and the additional nutrients from the moringa will give your muscles excatly what they want after working so hard. 🙂
