M.A.P Smoothie (moringa, avocado, pineapple)
A tasty smoothie to give you a morning boost!
Servings 1 smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Moringa leaf powder
- 1 cup Pineapple
- ½ Ripe Avocado
- ½ Cucumber
- Hand Full Mixed greens lettuce
- 1 cup liquid of choice (i used almond milk)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined and smooth
Notes
Enjoy this smoothie in the morining to give you the energy for the day or right after a workout. The protein and the additional nutrients from the moringa will give your muscles excatly what they want after working so hard. 🙂
