Moringa Nice Cream

This is a great alternative to ice cream! Moringa Nice Cream has the sweetness, the texture, and none of the guilt!

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 2 sliced Bananas
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk Can substitute with oat or any other milk
  • 1 tbsp Moringa Leaf Powder Can add more to taste

Instructions

  • Slice banana, lay in single layer on cookie sheet, and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  • Put bananas, milk, and moringa in the blender or food processor
  • Pulse in machine until all ingredients are combined and form a thick mixture
  • Poor nice cream mixture into a small bowl or loaf pan
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour or until mixture is frozen through
  • Serve and Enjoy

Notes

If the mixture it too thick
You can add some more milk. Just add one to two tablespoons at a time to avoid it from getting too runny. However, if it does get runny. It's okay! You will just have to let it freeze a little while longer!
For those who like chocolate
Add some unsweetened coco powder to the mix and have chocolate moringa nice cream! 
This is your dessert!
So, you can make this however you want by simply adding ingredients to this mixture. Or, add whatever toppings sound good to you! 
I left mine sitting for a bit...
